You can enjoy exquisite cocktails made by bartenders who trained in Ginza.
Enjoy a variety of original cocktails, Japanese whiskey, sake, and more, with a focus on fresh fruit cocktails that bring out the natural flavor of the ingredients.

We offer private plans with all-you-can-drink options perfect for events!
The organizer will be free of charge. The venue offers all-you-can-drink draft beer, highballs, orange juice, and oolong tea, and can be rented exclusively for groups of 10 or more! It can accommodate up to 20 people on rainy days and 34 people on sunny days. We have also started offering a la carte dishes that can be used not only for private parties but also for small groups!

MEMORY OF SEA
Undersea aged sake
One of our recommended original products is our underwater aged sake, which is aged for a year 20 meters below the seabed in Atami City, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. The average seawater temperature of 18°C accelerates the aging process in the bottle many times faster than on land, resulting in a softer, sweeter, and mellower flavor.
Our bar is always open for tasting and purchase, so we encourage you to stop by during your trip and experience the incredible flavors for yourself.
